– Under Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, consumers have the option of using the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform to resolve disputes arising from online purchases.

– Any dispute arising from the interpretation, application or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

– As an alternative to court proceedings, the parties may choose to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, or any other legally recognised form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including recourse to accredited ADR entities.
